LETTER TO GOD

Dear God, I wrote you a letter in fright
Of how fears enfolded us in her arms
That we couldn't walk in days and nights
Of how murdering became our daily food,
I know not of when you'll shower us peace.

Dear God, I communicated you in my letter
Of how our favorite trees we rested on
Drew scars on every part of our bodies.
Of how how those we trusted thrusts us
With pains and agonies with thier deeds.

Dear God, I also put down in my letter,
Of how water from my eyes created
Every broken words in the letter I wrote,
Of how poverty glued herself in homes
While the living are dying to leave.

Dear God, I'm here in shattered heart
For you to amend the broken hearts
We are presently in fears and fright,
Truly, this summer may not be ours
But act fast, before our summer arrive.
